Shipping Policy

At RevQor, we aim to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products to our customers as quickly as possible. Below are our shipping details, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding tracking and international orders.


1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are made to order and require 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7-18 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 7-14 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5-18 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 3-18 business days

International (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
  • If your tracking status has not been updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at contact@revqor.store for assistance.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
  • Orders may be subject to additional verification or processing time if flagged by our system for security reasons.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • RevQor is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
  • Any additional charges imposed by your country’s customs regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs clearance may delay delivery times, which is beyond our control.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is delayed, please check your tracking details first. If it has been more than 7 business days without movement, contact us.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • RevQor is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your local courier office.
